Customer due diligence (Know Your Customer)
Under the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme, Wwft), we are required to verify the identity of our investors and to carry out customer due diligence. For this purpose we process, among other things, a copy of your proof of identity, bank account details and information about the source of your assets. This data is used exclusively to comply with our legal obligations and is not kept longer than legally required.

- Investors/Bondholders: data is kept for as long as you are a bondholder and thereafter in accordance with the statutory retention periods.
- Contacts: data is kept for 4 years in order to inform you about our activities.
