Good to know

Participation in Zeker Wonen Fonds III is possible from €5,000. The interest rate is 6% per year from €5,000, 6.5% from €25,000 and 7% from €100,000. There are no entry or issuance costs. Your interest is paid out monthly from the first full month after receipt of your participation amount.
